Dear Developer Candidate,

As Trunçgil Technology, we work with freelance developers of all levels for our Laravel-based software project. As a business model, an issue/task-based payment system is applied, and tasks are presented to candidates with pre-determined fees.

The main reason we ask for the information below is that we need to provide limited access to the source code of our project during the evaluation process of your application. Therefore, in order to ensure both legal security and protect the rights of the parties, the Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) and Independent Contractor Agreement documents below must be reviewed and the signed versions must be submitted during the application.

Purpose of Document Collection (KVKK Information)
1. Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)

Requested to ensure the security of our project's source codes, database schemas, and trade secrets.

2. Independent Contractor Agreement

Required to legally secure the conditions and your rights of the issue/task-based flexible working model.

3. Identity Photocopy

Requested for legal identity verification, determination of authorized signatory, and prevention of fraudulent applications.

Independent Contractor:

You contribute to our projects with a freelance working model.
